Darren, my web 'guru' has really been working hard for us over the last few months. He's redesigned the site and earlier this week he pressed the button to launch our weekly news letter.
I took my own advice (surprise!) and put myself in the position of the reader. What would I like to see and how could it help me do a better job? From the fantastic reaction we've had I'm hoping we've struck the right note and Darren's hard work is starting to pay off. We've still lots of ideas to put into practice - so please don't entice Darren away just yet.
